Host a Prefrosh

**PLEASE NOTE: CPW 2017 has passed. Please check back in January 2018 for more information about CPW 2018! Thank you so much for all of your time and energy, without support, CPW couldn't happen!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a CPW host! Hosts not only provide prefrosh not only a place to stay during the weekend, they offer a valuable insight into what it's actually like to be an MIT student. As a host, you get the opportunity to help convince some pretty outstanding kids why MIT is such an exciting, unique and friendly place.

If you would like to play an active role in recruiting some of the best students in the world to MIT,  just fill out the registration form by Friday, March 24, 2017. Please complete the entire form as it will be used to match you with a prefrosh.

In order to be selected as a host, you must complete required host training online. You must complete this online training by 9am on Friday, March 24, 2017. It should only take between ten and fifteen minutes to complete. If you do not complete this training, you will not be eligible to host for Campus Preview Weekend.

At the end of the host training, you will be asked to enter your Name, MIT Email Address and MIT ID Number; if you do not do this, we will not know you have completed the training, and you will not be eligible to host a prefrosh. Please do not forget to complete this step of the training.

You will receive a notice via email between March 28 and April 1, to let you know whether or not you have been matched with a prefrosh.

If you are matched with a prefrosh, you will receive a notice via email, and you will be required to pick up your prefrosh hosting assignment in-person in Memorial Lobby (Lobby 10) on April 3 between 9am and 5pm.
